Homview are delighted to present this Family owned and operated Pizza Business. It has been trading for the previous 12 years and has been in the same family for 9 years. It is currently operated by three brothers, two staff and a delivery driver. Due to personal reasons the owners have decided to sell the Family Business. Aswell as Pizzas they also offer Doner Kebabs, Fried chicken, Chips and Burgers.

This room has a Walk - In Cold room fitted inside it. The size of the Cold room is 10.5 ft x 6.11 ft. Door leading to:

28.7 ft x 18.1 ft. As you could see this is a very big storage space and at present used for storage. This leads to a rear exit door which has stairs that lead to a storage room on the first floor. Currently this room is not being used for anything but has potential to be converted to a studio or a one bedroom apartment yielding extra income.

It has a rear communal driveway for deliveries. The owners are willing to show previous accounts showing turnover to genuinely interested parties. None of the machinery is tested so therefore Homview Properties or the owners give no warranty for the machinery.
