As we are a one-stop agency which caters for all property requirements, our in-house architects will visit the site and discuss in detail what the client requires. Once this is established, floor plans are drawn, agreed with the client, including any changes that need to be made and then submitted to the local authority.
As we have a very good working relationship with Ealing, Hillingdon and Brent Council planning departments for the past 20 years, we have an understanding of each council’s planning requirements. We try to get the plans passed within 8 weeks from submission, which includes any alterations that need to be made, as long as the client agrees with the alterations.
Once the planning is granted, we also offer the construction of the project, which is also in-house. Please look at the Construction part of our website for this.
